Einvenio Technologies LLC is a United States-based company that provides science learning tools, curriculum access, parent account features, student progress tracking, and related educational subscription services under the eiveon brand.

2. Scope

• Public-facing marketing pages, including pages such as Home, Curriculum, Pricing, FAQ, Blog, Contact, Login, and Register.
• Parent account creation, authentication, and account management features.
• Student profile, enrollment, progress, session, and device-management features available through the parent portal.

We collect information in the following categories.

A. Information you provide directly

When you interact with the Services, you may provide:

• Parent or guardian account information, such as first name, last name, email address, password, phone number, and timezone.
• Parent billing and subscription information, such as payment method details we receive from our payment processor, selected plan, subscription status, billing interval, and transaction-related records.
• Contact and support information, such as your name, email address, inquiry category, and message content if you contact us.
• Profile and preferences information, such as notification preferences for email, push notifications, streak reminders, and SMS notifications.
• Student information you add or manage through your parent account, such as a student's first name, last name, date of birth, grade level, school name, account PIN, enrollment selections, and related learning settings.
• Course, enrollment, and account-management information you choose to create or manage.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests and account-related correspondence.

B. Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Authentication and session information, including refresh-token cookies and related session security data used to keep you signed in and protect accounts.
• Device and technical information, such as device name, device type, operating system version, app version, browser information, IP address, and timestamps such as first seen, last seen, and recent activity.
• Usage and educational activity information, such as courses, levels, worksheets completed, scores, averages, standards progress, completions, session history, worksheet status, answers submitted, accuracy, duration, and related progress metrics.
• Log and troubleshooting information needed to operate, secure, and debug the Services.

C. Payment information

Payments are processed using Stripe. When you add a payment method, payment card details are entered into Stripe's payment fields and processed by Stripe. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers or full CVV values on our systems.

We and our payment providers may receive limited payment-related information such as:

• Payment method token or identifier
• Card brand
• Card last four digits
• Expiration date
• Subscription and transaction details

Your use of payment services is also subject to Stripe's privacy practices.

The Services are designed to be managed by parents or legal guardians. Parent accounts are intended for adults, and student access is intended to be created and controlled by a parent or guardian. We collect child information only through parent or legal guardian accounts and only when that information is provided by, or collected under the direction of, a parent or legal guardian.

We collect child or student personal information only in connection with a parent or legal guardian account and only where a parent or guardian has provided the information to us or authorized its collection for use of the Services.

We may process information about children or students when it is provided by or managed through a parent or guardian account, including student identity, grade, school, learning progress, session history, worksheet results, and device access information, solely to provide the educational Services.

We do not sell children's personal information. We also do not use children's personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Parents or legal guardians may request to review, correct, or delete their child's personal information by reaching out through our contact form. Parents may also delete student profiles through available account controls, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us outside of an authorized parent or guardian workflow, reach out via our contact form so we can review and take appropriate action.

6. How We Share Information

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: with vendors and contractors that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, infrastructure, authentication support, customer support, and payment processors including Stripe.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
